A Systems Approach

Many of the challenges facing the Church (and the world) today are complex, interconnected, and ambiguous. Meaning, there are no simple, linear solutions or quick fixes. The usual, top-down, leader-driven approaches are not likely to yield any deep or lasting, systemic change.

We need a different operating system altogether—one that sees the whole, navigates complexity with humility and collective wisdom, and moves forward in a collaborative, creative, and iterative process. This is the work Wild Fig Network is committed to doing.
