Wild Fig Network is Soft Launched!

We had over 150 people sign up for the Wild Fig Network 1.0 Soft Launch last month. Then last week, twenty-five members of our Design Team gathered for connection and working groups in the Twin Cities. Now, we’re ready for you!

If you’d like to be a part of this emerging movement of ministers and ministries reimagining how we can connect and support one another in a fast-changing world, we invite you to fill out our Inquiry Form to:

• Join or form a cohort

• Begin transfer of a prior or existing ministerial credential

• Explore affiliating with Wild Fig as a church or ministry organization

To join this first wave of newly forming cohorts, please fill out the Inquiry Form by November 1st. Then, save the date for an online cohort orientation on November 20th (12pm ET and 8pm ET), and watch your email for more information.

What is a Wild Fig Cohort?

A cohort is a group of 5-15 peers that meet at least once monthly for mutual support, accountability, and care. Cohorts are the basic building blocks and root system of our network. They are where we cultivate the relational depth and trust that holds the whole network together.

The primary purpose of a cohort is to provide a container for meaningful relationships, mutual care, and ongoing learning. They exist so that ministers can… (more).

We’re not promising a perfect system, and we know we have a lot of work to do. But our invitation is to help shape something new that we hope will fundamentally change the way we connect and organize as ministers, churches, and ministry organizations. If you've been longing for a different way forward for the Church, this might be a chance to be a part of creating it!
